Thank you to all of our staff members and parent volunteers who assisted on Wednesday, April 13th for our annual "Nature's Classroom Community Clean Up Day!" We laid down 40 bags or soil, 30 bags of mulch and planted over 350 flowers! Special thanks to the West PTA for funding this experience for our students. It was a gorgeous day out to enjoy the outside and play in the dirt! Thank you Westies! Special thanks to Mr. Trepanier who worked very hard on Wednesday morning to distribute the bags of soil and mulch bags throughout the outdoor classroom!

Lastly, please remember that it is district policy for Plymouth Public Schools that ALL visitors must have a CORI on file at West prior to being admitted to the building. This includes all parents, volunteers and visitors, whether inside or outside of the building. A CORI is kept on file for three years - if you haven't updated yours, please reach out to Mrs. Crociati to have a CORI run. With upcoming open houses, field trips, field day, plays and talent shows on the horizon, it is important to have this on file at West in our data base. There is a form to complete with Mrs. Crociati (or Mrs. Westcott in the morning) and we will need a copy of your license. We welcome our parents to visit us, but this measure is for the safety and security of your child. Thank you so much!
Spring has sprung and the fifth grade is happy to announce that they will be selling Spring-O-Grams from April 25th - May 13th before Morning Announcements! What is a Spring-0-Gram? It is a blank spring coloring page that students will color and then deliver to a classmate, friend, teacher, staff member or a special person at home. Spring-O-Grams will be sold for $1.00 each; all money raised will be used to buy books for the West School Library. We thank you in advance for your support, and thank you to Mrs. Mento for organizing this program at West! Any questions can be directed to Mrs. Mento at [email protected].
Thank you everyone for your continued support! Happy Easter and Vacation!
